Packaging and Shipping

  • What shipping methods are available?

    For domestic orders, we offer UPS or the United States Postal Service. For international orders, we offer FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Once your order is received and verified, it will generally be shipped within 1-3 business days. Depending on the shipping method selected, domestic orders may take between 3-6 business days and international orders may take between 3-8 business days. International order delivery may sometimes take longer due to customs clearance delays. We will keep you informed about the status of your order via e-mail.

  • Do you deliver to PO boxes?

    PO box delivery is possible only if you are using the United States Postal Service as your shipping method. Other shipping methods such as UPS or FedEx may be used if your address is a private mail box address where a clerk is available to provide a signature for the delivery.

  • Packaging For Domestic Orders

    Depending on the number of DVDs you ordered, your order will be shipped either in a plain bubble envelope or a plain box.  The packaging will not have any indication as to what it contains.

  • Packaging For International Orders

    In order to save you money on shipping, all DVD and/or Blu-ray discs will be removed from their original cases and shipped with only the accompanying sleeves. No plastic cases will be shipped unless specifically requested.

  • Foreign Customs

    International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties once they reach the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these charges and if you are not familiar with the customs policies in your country, please contact your local customs office for more information. Your shipping charge to does not include the customs fees and import duties. Please bear in mind that we have no control over these fees and we have no way of estimating the total cost.


    Please note that the customer is responsible for being aware of the import regulations of their own country.  The customer should also be aware that there may be a risk of their shipment being seized by customs if they are not in full compliance with their country’s import regulations.  We are sorry, but we cannot issue refunds for seized shipments.

    In order to return items, you need an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact customer service first.

    Your return shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order was shipped - this is the date of your invoice.

    Merchandise must be factory sealed to receive a refund.

    Opened items cannot be returned unless DEFECTIVE and you must return ALL of the original packaging - case, booklets, liner notes, bonus discs, etc.

    Defective Items will be replaced with the same item only. NO refunds.

    We do NOT pay for postage on returns.

    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    International customers are responsible for customs fees, duty taxes and shipping charges if order is refused.

    If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone in order to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

    If you return adult products that you did not purchase on our website, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances.
