This is a very good, very clear, and very well thought out anime. It was first released in 1998, and the DVD transfer is awesome.
Storywise, we have a traveling musical group called The Pussycats (not to be confused with Josie and the Pussycats, although some of the costumes look the same.) These pussycats (all nicely rendered) are named Lou, Kei and Sonya and the fans love them. However, when they are not singing, they are paid assassins. They are very sexy, well drawn, brightly rendered and they do have one complete song.
Each of the three also has super hero powers. Sonya is the sex symbol who gets her prey by seducing them, while Kei actually morphs into a panther and gobbles ...
